MCOE Mail Services

MailboxMCOE offers email service to every employee of the public education system in Mendocino County. Some districts have their own email systems, so participation may be limited at those districts.

How do I get an account?

If you are at a school within the county, your first step will be to consult with your local or district technician. Each tech can create your account for you in most cases. Some special cases will require the Tech to make contact with MCOE's technology support services. Please do not try to contact MCOE TSS yourself, you'll only be referred back to your local tech.

Request Account

If you are a local or district technician, please request a District account here. You will need your BBS username and password to gain access to the form.

If you're an MCOE Employee, you can sponsor a new MCOE Employee into the mail system. As that persons sponsor, you'll be expected to help them install the Firstclass client, as well as show them how it works and how to log in.
